1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing our custom box and bag manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Manufacturing & Orders

All quotes provided for custom packaging (boxes, bags, specialized packaging) are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Manufacturing timelines begin only after the final design approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. Box Bag Mart reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

The custom designs, structural blueprints, and visual branding elements provided by the client remain the property of the client. However, standard structural designs, manufacturing techniques, and proprietary materials used by Box Bag Mart remain our intellectual property.

4. Quality Assurance & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our packaging products, returns are not accepted unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect that deviates significantly from the approved prototype. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates for bulk packaging orders are estimates. Box Bag Mart is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or uncontrollable natural events.
